Join us as a Manager Business Development (Delhi, India)

As a Manager Business Development you report to Head of Sales, India. Leveraging your industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and revenue growth.

You’ll help evolve how we sell by developing a deep understanding of the ESG landscape, identifying customers’ biggest pain points, and educating them on how GovEVA can empower them to achieve their ESG goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapidly grow GovEVA’s customer footprint across North India region by cultivating and closing new opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle across prospecting, first discussions, in-depth consultative collaboration, commercial negotiation and closure. 
  • Account and client relationship management.

Job requirements

A track record for exceptional performance in a constantly changing, dynamic environment, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success selling technology solutions to multiple stakeholders in an enterprise.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record of hitting quota selling in B2B enterprise sales in the Indian market.
  • Consultative sales approach to deeply understand the needs of prospects across different industry verticals.
  • Willingness to go beyond closing the deal and hitting targets. Focused on how to best address customer biggest needs to develop a long-term relationship.
  • An inclination for numbers and being data-driven.
